1. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, layouts, interface concepts, visual compositions, workflow structures, and underlying methodologies generated by or displayed within this website and demo builder are the exclusive intellectual property of Freeborn Digital LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, the concept of generating branded CRM previews, the demo builder tool itself, all CRM layout templates, and any output produced by the tool.

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT reproduce, duplicate, copy, reverse-engineer, screenshot for reproduction purposes, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works based on any output from this demo builder, the demo builder interface itself, or the underlying concept and methodology. You may NOT use any preview generated here as a specification, wireframe, or blueprint to build or commission software — whether for yourself or any third party.

3. Limited License

By using this tool, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view the demo preview solely for the purpose of evaluating Freeborn Digital's services. This license does not grant any ownership rights or reproduction rights of any kind.

4. Enforcement

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the intellectual property contained within this demo builder — including the concept, methodology, outputs, designs, or any derivative thereof — will result in immediate legal action. Freeborn Digital LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of legal fees.

5. Monitoring & Evidence

Use of this tool constitutes acknowledgment that your acceptance of these terms is logged and timestamped. This acceptance serves as a binding agreement and may be used as evidence in any legal proceedings.

6. No Data Collection

Freeborn Digital does not collect, store, or track any personal information entered into the demo builder. All data entered remains in your browser only and is never transmitted to any server. No accounts are created, no cookies are set, and no analytics are collected. The contact form is the only place information is submitted, and only when you choose to reach out.

7. Modifications

Freeborn Digital LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and demo builder constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

8. Governing Law
